Delivery is ₹299 on orders below the free-delivery threshold. Orders of ₹1,499 or more ship free.

The exact charge for your order is shown in your bag before you pay, and again on the checkout page. Nothing is added after that.

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of the payment being verified. Everything here is poured, thrown or packed by hand in small batches, and a piece is only sent once it has properly cured and set.

Payment is verified by a person against our bank statement rather than by an automated gateway, which usually happens the same working day. Your order page shows exactly which stage it has reached.

Once dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 7 working days across India. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.

A tracking number appears on your order page as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.

Ceramics travel well but not perfectly. If something arrives broken, email thehatkehouse@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photograph of the piece and the packaging, and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to send a broken piece back.
