Terms

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. The price you are charged is the price shown at the moment your order is placed — if a price changes while something is sitting in your bag, the order is placed at the shop's current figure, which is shown to you before you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we have verified your payment and confirmed the order. If we cannot fulfil it — a batch sold out between your order and our check, or a payment we could not match — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid, in full.

Stock is held for your order the moment it is placed, and released again if the order is cancelled or the payment does not come through.

Everything sold here is made by hand in small batches. Colour, glaze, size and fragrance strength vary between pieces and will not match a photograph exactly. Photographs are as honest as we can make them but are not a guarantee of an exact appearance.

Candles and diffusers carry burn and use instructions on the packaging. Please follow them — never leave a burning candle unattended, near anything that can catch, or within reach of children or animals.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it. We may close an account being used fraudulently or abusively.

The photography, text, designs and the name The Hatke House are ours. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking us first.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.
